Investment Director, joined CVC Cordatus in 2007 from Natixis, Leveraged Finance in Frankfurt where he worked from November 2005. Prior to this, Guillaume had a six month internship with IKB Deutsche Industriebank, Leveraged Finance in Paris. He previously had a seven month internship with Deloitte Audit and Corporate Finance in Paris. Guillaume holds an MSc in Management from EM Lyon Business School and a Master’s Degree in Corporate Law from Paris Pantheon-Assas University.
