Founding partner of CVC Cordatus. Jonathan has over 16 years of investment banking and management experience. He joined from Deutsche Bank (Bankers Trust) where he spent nine years working in the European Leveraged Finance group. He has originated and structured numerous primary financings primarily for leveraged buyouts, public to private and corporate refinancings across senior, mezzanine, high yield and PIK instruments. Prior to this, Jonathan worked in M&A at Charterhouse Bank and Citibank in London and New York. Jonathan holds an MA in French and History from the University of Oxford.
