CVC Cordatus has been established as an independent debt management business focusing on the European leveraged finance market.

We invest primarily in senior secured loans. The vehicles we manage are commonly referred to as collateralized loan obligations (“CLO’s”). CLO’s also give us the opportunity to invest in second lien and mezzanine instruments.
